Joe Biden, cheapskate

Joe Biden has averaged donations to charity of  0.3% per year for the last 10 years - for example two years ago he and his wife donated $120 on income of over $321,000.  Whaaat?

This guy is a laughingstock for his inane comments throughout the campaign (" I've got 3 words for you J-O-B-S" - just one of many) and the vicious attacks on McCain and Palin's family.  He also claimed Obama wasn't nearly as experienced as he should be to be president.  That is, until he was asked to be VP.
